2. 若您需要變更統一證號，請本人攜帶以下證件，到分公司辦理。

-護照

-原留印鑑

3. 前往分公司辦理前，請先電話預約時間。查詢服務據點

4. 請確認「國泰證券帳戶」的統一證號與「國泰世華銀行交割帳戶」的統一證號是一樣的，以免兩邊統一證號不同，發生入帳錯誤的狀況。

1. The Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency has implemented the“New UI No. Format” for Foreign Nationals since Jan 2, 2021. The original UI No. will be completely invalid from Jan. 1, 2030. For further information, please visit the website of the Ministry of the Interior.

2. Please bring the following documents to any branches of Cathay Securities Corporation in person. Our staff will assist you in updating the personal information.

- R.O.C. (Taiwan) Resident Certificate with New UI No

-Passport

-Specimen signature or seal required by Cathay Securities

3. Please make an appointment by phone before you go to the branch office.  Search for a branch office

4. To avoid errors in depositing money, please make sure the UI No. of your securities account (holding securities) in Cathay Securities and your trading account (holding cash) in Cathay United Bank must be the same.
